It wasn’t exactly the kind of welcome that the Crown Prince Paras wanted to see in Europe. There were no prajas clapping hands and bowing heads to receive him in Paris. Informed and empowered people were saying something that he didn’t probably wanted to hear. Prince is in Europe to present the Austrian government with a rhino as part of the courtesy extended by the poor Himalayan country marred by the conflict and political mismanagement of his father. Nepalis around the continent quickly gathered in front of the Eiffel Tower, Paris with different kinds of, some of them very creative, banners and placards a single aim: tell the prince that they don’t like what his father is doing back in home. Publishing photo (the one below this description) on its second page, the Kathmandu Post wrote this caption: “Nepalis in France stage a rally protesting the Europe visit of Crown Prince Paras and Crown Princes Himani in Paris on Monday. Nepalis from Belgium and Germany also joined the rally demanding that the government take meaningful steps to resolve the crisis confronting the country instead of sponsoring unnecessary visits at a time when the country is heading toward bankruptcy. Addressing the rally, speakers urged the agitating parties to carry on the democratic struggle unswervingly.”

[icd] Paras’s head is down here in Paris. He tried to attract the support of French officiels but he couldn’t. French people told him that they get afraid even to participate in the welcome party. Their point was that [icd] can fire or throw the bottles in the party after drinking. So, they hired some Indians and Bhutaneses to participate saying that they were Nepalis.
These few Nepalis who are welcoming him (in the picture) are the CHAKARIWAAJ since always. They are the enemies of Nepali people. Lets recognize their faces. We must punish them after the complete democracy is achieved.

On the brighter side of the newsphoto, People will have a chance to look at our crown prince (!) before they write the comments. Is not it the fun? do u know what reward the [icd] (prajwal the ambassador – doesnt he look like one with his hairstyle) is getting for organising the congregation of indians n bhutanese. his daughter who is a doctor in the army but has been in paris for almost a year now is getting a years leave with salary while she is enjoying herself in paris even though she has not worked for a year even. she will come after a years leave in may june 2006 for her nandas wedding do her hajiri n probably go for another two years paid leave. and to think that the poor soldiers in the army have not seen their family for years as getting any leave is next to impossible. thats the good governance we r getting in nepal.
in this trip there is another doc [icd] sister who is supposedly on duty in pokhara but always in kathmandu while her seniors are slogging it out. there seem to be different rules for people in the army.
